Is a you buy we fry, fish fry restaurant we opened in Inglewood, CA. It’s designed to provide traditional soul food sides, fish fry, and exceptional service to customers that come to patronize our establishment. We take pride in the fact that our soul food sides are homemade, and our cause is as just as they come. Not many businesses like this, are reaching out to support men and women returning to society after extended terms of incarceration and we think that it is so important that this segment of society is properly supported so that they don’t revert to old habit and reoffend. Nobody is perfect, we all have made mistakes at some point in our lives, and we all deserve a 2nd Chance. We love serving quality soul food and our genuine fish fry. We also love giving back to the community by assisting our citizens in becoming and remaining productive members of society.

Dion Corsey

was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has resided there all of his life. He is a family man who takes pride in the role he plays in family as well as building family type relationship with friends and others. He is a co-founded and co-owner of 2nd Chance Corp and he works hard to ensure that this business continuing to provide quality services to the formerly incarcerated men and women transitioning back into society. He is a brilliant communicator with exceptional problem solving skills that he utilizes effortlessly to advance the agenda of building 2nd Chance Corp into a business model that gives back to society in a way that only he can do.

Johnny Smith

was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has resided there all of his life. He is a hard working early rising businessman that strives to make the transition of formerly incarcerated men and women as seamless and as smoothly as possible. He owns and operates an Auto Detailing business as well as being a co-founder and co-owner of 2nd Chance Corp where he dedicates himself to assisting others in making morally sound decisions to better themselves and their lives. He has a wealth of experience in this field and his tireless work ethic has propelled him into a position where he can give assistant to and provide services for others that desperately need the support.

Ray Ford

was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has resided there all of his life. In 2012, Ray formed First Phase Incorporated where from this company he is contracted with the state of California to provide housing and other rehabilitative services to formerly incarcerated men and women paroling back to our community. In 2022 Ray along
with two business partners Johnny Smith and Dion Corsey formed the 2nd Chance Corp. This company is designed to open other types of business so that we can give jobs and better opportunities to the formerly incarcerated men and women residing in our homes.
We focus on making sure this population can transition successfully back into society.
